What this site is
Central Coast Demolition connects property owners, builders and businesses across the Central Coast with a licensed demolition contractor. You tell us about the job, a site inspection is arranged, and you receive a written price from the contractor who would do the work.
We are not the demolition company. The quote, contract and licences are the contractor's.
Who does the work
Demolition work arranged through this site is carried out by Civillink Logistics, a licensed NSW demolition contractor.
We provide the licence number and insurance details on your discovery call, or whenever you ask. You can check the licence on the Verify NSW asbestos and demolition register.
What we will not claim
Asbestos removal. Arranged through separately licensed asbestos removalists. The demolition licence does not cover it.
Approvals. We can advise and supply demolition details. Certifiers and Central Coast Council decide.
Reviews. This is a new site. We have not invented ratings or testimonials.
Phone prices. Coast jobs vary too much — slope, fibro, access — to price without seeing them.
Why Coast-specific
Because Coast demolition is its own trade: fibro weekenders on the Peninsula and around the lakes, steep sandstone blocks in Terrigal and Gosford, bushland edges, flood-affected lakeside land and one council over all of it.
